# Introduction

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, individual digital identity and privacy protection are of paramount importance. Digital identity is the cornerstone of modern societal interactions, connecting everyone’s economic activities, social interactions, and cultural exchanges. However, traditional identity verification systems often face issues like insufficient security and privacy violations, urgently requiring innovative solutions to redefine and protect our digital lives.

WorldDao was born against this backdrop. As a second-layer protocol network built on the WORL

DCOIN digital identity infrastructure, WorldDao is dedicated not only to strengthening online privacy protection for individuals but also, by supporting World ID 2.0 and World App, it opens up a multi-dimensional service ecosystem for users. Within this ecosystem, everyone's identity and data are respected and protected, and through smart contracts and decentralized technologies, a safer, more transparent, and convenient user experience is provided.
